Heating and Cooling was born out of resilience. When the plant he had worked at for nearly a decade announced it would shut down, our founder made a decision that would reshape his future—and ours. He spent his days working and his evenings studying, learning English and pursuing HVAC certification at Randolph Community College. After gaining hands-on experience in the field, he set out to build something of his own: a company rooted in hard work, integrity, and service. 

Since 2016, PZ Heating and Cooling, LLC has been proudly serving the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. We’re a locally owned business, built and staffed by community members who know the value of reliable service and honest communication. Whether we’re responding to an emergency repair or helping you plan for long-term comfort, we show up ready to do the job right—and stand behind our work.
